This unforgettable night uplifts trailblazing women, visionaries, and emerging leaders who embody the strength, resilience, and heart of our Chicana/o/e community. Through storytelling, art, and recognition, we honor those who have turned struggle into strength, vision into action, and community into legacy.

This year’s celebration continues the tradition of honoring iconic figures whose courage and advocacy have paved the way for generations — while shining a light on new changemakers defining what it means to lead with corazón in today’s world.
